Athletics

Every student participates in the Fitness for Life (Physical Education) program. It is intended to teach an appreciation of wellness, fitness, healthy habits for life, and the development of motor skills necessary to play team sports.
The School also offers interscholastic play through team sports: coed soccer, boys’ basketball, and girls’ basketball. In addition, students can participate in tennis, volleyball, and lacrosse (all non-competitive) based on teacher availability. All age-appropriate students in the Middle and Upper Schools are encouraged to take part in the extra-curricular athletic program.
