Invention Convention and Science Fair
Thursday, February 25th, is the start of the Rockland Country Day School Invention Convention and Science Fair. All students, grades 4 – 9 are required to complete a project, which will be presented to their families, friends and judges. This year, grades 4 and 5 will participate in the Invention convention, while grades 6 – 8 are required to do a controlled experiment. Students in grade 9 have the option of doing an experiment or conducting a research project on a topic of their choice. The fair is open to, but not required of, any students in grades 10 – 12 who would like to present a project of their own design. The projects will be on display Thursday evening, from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM in the Putter Gymnasium.
