Participate in School Life

Join the Parents Association, help out with one of our fundraising events, volunteer in the kitchen, work on the Grounds Club, or find your own way to participate in the life of the School.

Attend our Events

Support the School by attending, sponsoring and/or placing an advertisement at one of our fundraising events during the school year. All money raised at these events goes back to the School and supports much needed programs at RCDS, including tuition assistance. Go to Events for more information. (clickable link)

Target Give Back Campaign

Sign up to get a REDCard with Target. Since 2000, RCDS has raised over $1,000 from Target’s Take Charge of Education program. One percent of every Target purchase made at the store or online with your Target REDCard will be donated back to the School. For more information and to designate your school selection to RCDS, check out Target’s website.

iGive.com – Online Shopping and Surfing

Since 2007, RCDS has raised over $1,500 from iGive.com. This site offers a search engine to surf the web. Every search provides the School with one cent. Just think about how many searches you do in one day. iGIve.com also serves as a portal for online shopping and provides the School with up to 10% in commissions on each purchase. There are over 600 stores associated with the site. Go to the website and sign up to support Rockland Country Day School. The site offers simple tools to download in order to make your online shopping and surfing more convenient.

Efficient Energy

Rockland Country Day School has teamed up with Hudson Energy Services to help save you money on your gas and electricity bill and to raise funds for the school. Hudson Energy guarantees their customers a minimum monthly savings of 5% off of the gas portion of their O & R bill and a savings, as well, on the electricity portion.  RCDS will receive a monthly donation for every customer who signs up with Hudson Energy through RCDS.  The monthly donation continues as long as the customer is signed up with Hudson Energy through RCDS.
