Ballroom dancing is fun and liberating. During this 4 week course you will be taught the Foxtrot, swing, Salsa, and Tango.  This is a great stress reliever and a calorie burner. It is also an occasion to mingle, make new friends and renew old friendship.

A Day Camp Rooted in the Arts & Nature

This July RCDS will be starting something both new and familiar.  We’ll join forces with Ed Bieber of the Nature Place to host SUMMER STUDIOS.  All month the RCDS campus will be devoted to the arts in nature, nature in the arts, artistic natures, natural history … you get the idea.

Does your child love Nature, Art and Outdoor Exploration?  RCDS and STRAWTOWN ART & GARDEN STUDIO are offering a new 8-week workshop that invites young people to explore the outdoors and recharge after school with wonder, shared discovery, laughter and creative time.  In each workshop participants will be encouraged to develop art and craft skills; learn about native plants, animals and habitat, advance creative problem solving skills, and enjoy team building. Nature appreciation and shared experiences are at the heart every class.
